Return Policy
- At Feetish, we strive to provide high-quality footwear that meets your expectations. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:

We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Video while unboxing is MANDATORY
- RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE UNBOXING VIDEO AND PROOF OF THE DEFECTED ITEM IS NOT SUBMITTED.
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- If the size doesn’t fit you.
Note: Customers can return the product within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the product.
Eligibility for Exchange:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact our support team feetish_footwears@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
- Once approved, send the item back to us via a trusted courier service.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, customers can opt for an exchange of the same value or a higher value if they meet the exchange policy conditions.
Exceptions:
- If an item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an exchange.
- If a wrong or damaged item is sent, we will provide a replacement.
